As the leader of our stewarding department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchens maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.Oversee and manage the daily operations of the stewarding departmentDevelop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation proceduresEnsure compliance with HACCP principles and local food safety regulationsManage chemical inventory and oversee safe usageCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverageTrain and mentor team members on occupational health, safety, and hygiene practicesConduct regular inspections of kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standardsCoordinate with suppliers and equipment contractors to maintain kitchen equipmentLead inventory management of kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockeryCollaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to support smooth operationsImplement sustainable practices in waste management and resource utilization
