Title: Chief Zipline Operations Active Manager

Reports to: Owners

Status: Full Time/45-hour workweek, 5 days per week

Compensation: $90,800 Annual

$72,800 Annual including housing.

General Function:

This position’s most important role is to understand and be able to perform all roles at Tree Limin Extreme (TLE) starting with:

Performing all zipline guide duties including taking out tours when needed.

Mastering TLE’s Guide training manual and leading a guide training.

Ability to perform all MOD (Manager on Duty) course management procedures including:

1. Driving all vehicles (requires active clean driving record) on steep mountainous terrain in compromising situations: Pickup truck/ATV

2. Assist and perform rescues & course evacuations due to incidents and weather.

3. Master reservation system

4. Check-in guests and confirm waivers, weight, and general zipline expectations.

5. Tour Guide scheduling.

6. File all daily reports/incident reports

7. Hiring/interviewing potential guides. Evaluate potential candidates.

Leading & performing all course & property maintenance and construction including:

1. Continuous weekly and monthly inspections-recording in logs

2. Construction & repair of decks, railings, ziplines, guy wires, etc.

3. Painting and rust prevention.

4. Landscaping all property.

5. Pressure washing – platforms, office area and roads.

Leading & performing all mechanical maintenance including:

1. Vehicles

2. Generator

3. Zipline tools

4. Water filtration

Perform all front desk duties including:

1. Taking a reservation over the phone

2. Navigating and troubleshooting reservation system

3. Interact with guests showing exemplary customer service.

4. 3rd party booking procedures.

5. Cruise ship booking procedures.

6. Performs all front desk sales: water, socks, shoes, lockers, etc.

Operating TLE store including:

1. Mastering POS system

2. Troubleshooting POS

3. Selling merchandise

4. Stocking inventory

Performing and understanding all bookkeeping and office management duties to include:

1. Quickbooks

2. Payroll

3. EDC compliance

4. Labor law compliance

5. Marketing

6. Office supplies

The ideal candidate should be able to maintain what has been established to ultimately improve the overall product and expand the business.

To do this, the candidate must have 3 years of experience of general and/or zipline construction & maintenance experience as well as possess strong organization skills with 2 years zipline tour management experience. The candidate must be physically fit, with great mental & physical endurance and able to lead and participate in training and construction projects.

Compensation

Salary $90,800/year; paid bi-weekly.

Hours: 8am to 6pm, 1 hour for lunch

$72,800/year with housing included

Biennial performance bonus – minimum 2-year commitment

Additional Compensation:

Vacation 2 weeks eligibility after 1 year of employment

All dates to be approved by owners.

Sick days 5 days per year

Holidays 10 paid holidays per year (See holiday schedule) (After first year)
