Construction/ landscaping (Luquillo)

I have a new property in luquillo with lots of renovation/ landscaping to start immediately. From clearing brush and planting trees, to digging holes and installing fencing and walls. I am building a new roof system as well as Painting and concrete work on the whole home. I am a general contractor and have work beyond. I also am a journeyman Carpenter and tilesetter, this the perfect position for someone interested in learning a trade. I have been on Island 9yrs and am here for good. Year-round work for ideal person. Please no subcontractors respond.

$15-$20/hr to start (based on construction experience)

Knowledge of basic construction skills.

minimum 6hr day (weather permitting)

20-24 hrs per week (could grow to 40 if things work out)

reliable vehicle/own transportation

willingness to work hard
