Customer Service Executive

Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and servicesEnter sales and service orders into SAP business systemsMonitor sales and service orders/expedite partsDigitize documents to the server, i.e test results, project files etcAssist in making GPN/ BOM creation requests via iProject, ECN, LPG, Kselect, etcPrepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to invoicingMaintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (inter-company & external)Provide technical support for the product marketing & training functionsPerform other related technical support functions as assigned from time to time
