We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives at multitasking in a high-volume setting for our Houston office. This role can be remote or partially remote for a well-qualified candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with client policies and marketing/email campaigns.

Respond to requests/leads via phone or email in a prompt and professional manner.

Transacting policy changes.

Customer acquisition by building a strong rapport with current and prospective clients.

Provide quotes as requested.

Cross-selling.

Policy renewal offerings.

Request missing and/or required information from client by phone, via email, or letter.

Other duties as assigned.
