At Each, we’re looking for a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available for their child’s growth and development.About The Program
Through the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program, we support families by:Understanding children's development and unique needsFinding the right support services for childrenEquipping families with skills to support children's growthConnecting families with local community resourcesYour role, your impactProvide ongoing check-ins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.Empower families to confidently manage and implement their child’s NDIS plan.Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and use IT systems effectively.Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.Who we're looking forExceptional customer service and a family-centred approach.Strong communication skills to simplify complex information.Experience in early childhood education, administration, or customer service.Knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for supporting families.Tech-savvy with the ability to use online systems and telehealth tools.
