Food & Beverage Manager

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and event service operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with the support of an Assistant Manager, you’ll bring leadership, creativity and operational strength to drive exceptional guest experiences.In this high‑impact role, you will:Lead, coach and inspire the Food & Beverage teamOversee all operational areas including restaurant, bar and room serviceCollaborate closely with the Executive Chef to elevate guest experienceMaintain high standards of service, presentation and complianceManage rosters, stock, cost control and reportingReview performance metrics and implement continuous improvementsPlay a key role in hotel‑wide leadership conversations and collaborationChampion Accor’s values and the Heartist service cultureThis is an ideal role for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take their F&B career to the next level.
