Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing, and outside catering area.Responsible for ensuring that all F&B expenses are in line with department budgetary expectations.Liaise with the Conference & Banqueting team to understand BEO and function requirements.Ensure staff are competent in menu, dietary, and allergens knowledge. Ensure staff have some understanding of beverages and wine list and are competent to make suggestions as required.Ensure staff are aware of current promotions and are able to maximize sales to guests.
