We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Novotel Canberra. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the food and beverage team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional serviceOversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality control, including inventory management and compliance with food safety regulationsAssist in menu development, staff rostering, and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenueHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, while collaborating with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfactionConduct regular team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
