Full Time Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

We are looking for someone who has a friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations.This is a full-time role, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the venue's Food & Beverage Outlets, as we continue to grow our business and provide a high-level guest experience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including: Courtyard Restaurant, Olims Bar & Bistro, Bottle Shop, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events.Ensuring correct hotel policy & procedure is followed regarding opening & closing shifts; including cash handling and signing keys in/out.Ensuring the Food & Beverage Team provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.Assisting with the induction of new team members into the department and ensuring adequate training takes place. Assist with on-going training projects within the department to meet brand & service standards.Greeting & welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries & restaurant bookings. Assist guests with menu offerings & maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge.
