Guest Service Agent

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a casual Guest Service Agent with the flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day per week roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.The responsibilities:Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out proceduresHandling reservations, inquiries, and guest requestsProviding local knowledge and recommendationsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate recordsResolving guest concerns with professionalism and careSupporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
