We are on the lookout for an energetic Kitchen Hand to join our team at Cooinda Lodge, in the heart of Kakadu National Park.

What you will be doing: Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all kitchen areas, including food preparation and storage areasKeeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstructionResponsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment, and reporting faultsAssemble and prepare ingredients for cooking as requestedAssist with receiving and storing stockHandle chemicals and equipment correctly as per manufacturers' instructionsUtilise safe and hygienic methods for the removal of dry and wet waste
