If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams and leading impactful talent initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoPartner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and drive strategic talent decisionsLead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and business-critical roles across ASEAN marketsDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talentProvide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking to influence hiring strategiesProactively identify hiring challenges and deliver creative, solution-oriented approachesBuild strong talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networkingDrive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes and candidate experienceLead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and process enhancementEnsure seamless management of recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
