Merchant Onboarding Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated Merchant Onboarding Executive to assist with the company’s efforts to implement our products at client locations. This position is responsible for coordination with customers, sales team and inputting all information necessary into the product database for existing and new project implementations. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this position. Data entry experience or knowledge of an ecommerce business is preferred.The Employee will be required to work as per Singapore or Australia timings, as defined by her reporting manager.Responsibilities:Coordinate with the Operations and Sales team to get restaurant menus and pictures in structured format.Enter new Menu information, update existing Menu information into the product databaseLiaise with Design team for timely roll out designs for new installationsTranscribe information accurately and in a timely mannerOwn and report on the performance of assigned accounts, providing insights and updates as neededServe as the key point of contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new merchantsThe Employee, as per business needs, may be required to undertake any other such duties as may be assigned in line with the employee’s position, skills, and capabilities.
