Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimising our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our hotel properties.Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise room revenues and RevPARAnalyse market trends and demand patterns to create short, medium, and long-term revenue plansManage daily pricing and inventory across multiple propertiesEvaluate group enquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategiesPrepare and analyse room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with key stakeholdersLead Revenue Meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise resultsMonitor competitive set pricing and market conditions, recommending strategic adjustments as neededCollaborate with General Managers, Sales & Marketing teams to maximise revenue across all hotel departmentsPrepare and present End of Month performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendationsStay abreast of local market trends and competition in Kuala Lumpur to inform revenue strategies
