Room Attendant (F/M/X)

Room & Facility Cleaning:Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public walkways according to company standards.Vacuum carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture; dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.Sanitize bathrooms and restock guest amenities while reporting maintenance or plumbing issues.Surface & Equipment Maintenance:Use specialized cleaning equipment (e.g., industrial vacuums, floor polishers) and apply appropriate cleaning agents for deep-cleaning tasks.Strip and reapply wax coatings to floors; remove residues like oil, grease, soot, and dust from various surfaces.Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and any faults are promptly reported.Operational Support & Safety Compliance:Assist in stock control and inventory management; report supply needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Adhere to safety protocols when handling cleaning agents and lost property.Support additional tasks including public area cleaning, exterior maintenance, and any reasonable requests from management.
