SPS Material & Welding Engineer - Malaysia

Lead Materials, Welding & NDE activities for the SPS package from engineering through commissioning.Review and approve contractor engineering, fabrication, welding, NDE and QA/QC documentation.Manage welding, materials and NDE studies, qualifications and technical queries.Support CFT preparation, bidder evaluation and contractor technical management.Provide expertise on F22/8630/A77, buttered connections, weld overlay and super duplex welding, including large-bore applications.Ensure compliance with applicable TotalEnergies specifications, international codes, standards and H3SE requirements.Coordinate technical interfaces between engineering, fabrication, construction and suppliers.Conduct/support technical audits, equipment/service-provider qualification and project reviews.Act as the technical focal point for Materials, Welding & NDE matters within the SPS team.Promote safe working practices and maintain high standards of technical integrity and quality.
