We’re looking for a detail-oriented, communication-loving Housekeeping Supervisor to join our villa management team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our housekeeping staff, front office, and operations-making sure our villas shine, our team runs smoothly, and our guests feel right at home.
This is a part-time role, perfect for someone looking for a consistent, rewarding schedule of about 24 hours per week (4 days x 6 hours). Suggested schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 10am-4pm, though some flexibility may be needed during busy times. Role has the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate.
What you’ll do:
-Lead and support our housekeeping team and contractors with task assignments, training, and supervision.
-Evaluate villa and condo status to ensure villas are guest-ready on time.
-Keep communication flowing between housekeeping, office staff, reservation staff, and other departments.
-Work closely with villa managers and reservations teams to ensure villas and condos are “wow” ready for guests and owners.
-Maintain top-notch cleanliness and safety standards.
-Be out in the field visiting properties, checking quality, and ensuring they’re guest-ready.
-Coordinate scheduling, record keeping, and reports with an organized touch.
-Manage supply levels and deliveries so the team always has what they need.
-Play a direct role in keeping our guests and owners delighted.
What we’re looking for:
-Strong organizational skills.
-Communication skills are key for success.
-A valid driver’s license (this role requires traveling between properties and delivering supplies; a company vehicle will be provided during work hours for work related travel).
-Comfortable using a computer & phone apps for daily tasks, email communications, and spreadsheets.
-Adaptability and ability to learn on the job.
-Self-starter & natural leader who motivates and supports their team.
-A keen eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness.
-Experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
-Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
