The Asia region is one of the fastest growing offices in the global network and this is a unique time to join us as we take the business to the next level and continue to diversify our clients and projects.  The ideal candidate will have no more than 5 years experience recruiting external passive candidates for clients and will have experience managing a portfolio of 10-12 searches at a given time across all levels and disciplines.  Given our growth, you must be comfortable in functioning in a fast paced environment and will be skilled in delivering quality candidates to the business. The Candidate will have experience either as a Corporate Recruiter or with a search firm. The preferred sector experience will be in Construction, Architecture, Engineering. A plus will be to have experience with global companies and recruiting for multiple roles per project.  Job Responsibilities: The Talent Resource Coordinator plays a crucial role - you will work closely with the SEA Talent Acquisition Managers in managing the talent pipeline, supporting recruitment processes and ensuring the organisation’s workforce needs are met. The successful individual will be responsible for working with the Asia Talent Acquisition Managers to source and screen candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as internet services, job board posting, networking, career/job fairs and professional organizations. Key responsibilities include: Talent mapping and sourcing. Recruitment process management – handling day to day tasks of recruitment process which includes job posting, screening applicants, coordinating interviews and managing candidate data. Formulating marketing collateral for LinkedIn job posts. Manage candidate data – track candidate information, update ATS and ensure data accuracy Recruitment analytics – be the point of contact on generating of dashboard reports on recruitment metrics
