Technical Lead

Responsibilities: Technical LeadershipLead the architecture, design, and delivery of systems powering the Property marketplace — listings, search, filters, maps, A/B testing, SEO, etc.

 Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.

 Drive adoption of engineering best practices, code reviews, automation, CI/CD, observability, etc.

 Team & People ManagementManage a team of backend and frontend engineers (5–10 people).

 Provide mentorship, career growth plans, and regular feedback.

 Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.

  Product DeliveryCollaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define scope and milestones.

 Ensure timely delivery of features and projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

 Translate business goals into technical deliverables and track execution.

  Marketplace OptimizationDrive improvements in platform performance, SEO, search relevancy, and user engagement.

 Optimize for conversion metrics (e.g., inquiry rate, listing views) and seller satisfaction.
