Job Summary

 This role involves planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets across towns, patches, and customer segments. Responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly plans, aligning with product brand strategies, and maintaining consistent communication with stockists, retailers, and doctors. The role emphasizes accurate mapping of customer potential, ensuring desired coverage, visit frequency, and execution of medico-marketing activities. It also involves organizing CME events, handling customer queries, and managing distribution through stockists. Additionally, the role requires monitoring RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit), ensuring quality reporting of activities, and collaborating with ASMs to stay aligned with sales objectives              Roles & Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly sales plans for towns, patches, and customers, ensuring alignment with sales targets and brand strategy.

You will be responsible for understanding doctors' potential and creating a doctor-product matrix to maximize engagement and sales impact.

You will be responsible for maintaining regular visit frequency to key stockists, retailers, and core customers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

You will be responsible for conducting RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit), ensuring accurate mapping of customer potential, and tracking GSP (Growth Sales Performance).

You will be responsible for collaborating with ASMs to monitor sales status, make adjustments, and stay on track with sales objectives.

You will be responsible for organizing and executing medico-marketing activities, such as CMEs, by coordinating speakers, venues, and event logistics.

You will be responsible for ensuring desired coverage, calls, and visit frequency to target customers, and addressing customer queries promptly and accurately.

You will be responsible for managing distribution through stockists, ensuring smooth operations and availability of products in the assigned area.

You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of RCPA and reporting activities through designated systems and tools.

You will be responsible for gathering market and competitor intelligence, analyzing insights, and providing actionable feedback to the marketing team.
