We're expanding our presence in the Raleigh-Durham market and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager who is excited about the opportunity to grow a territory, influence customers, and play a key role in our continued success.This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. This is a high-visibility position for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and turning opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.What You'll Do

Build and grow relationships with HVAC contractors, sheet metal fabricators, and mechanical professionals throughout the Raleigh-Durham market

Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships

Become a trusted advisor by helping customers solve problems and grow their businesses

Spend your time where it matters most—in front of customers

Conduct daily customer visits and maintain a strong presence in the market

Identify competitive opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers

Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments
