Territory Production Lead- Rice Parent Seed

Role purpose  To organize and deliver the Targeted PS Production volumes in Production fields with standard Quality parameters in time.AccountabilitiesResponsible to drive the standards of HSE, Compliance, Sustainability and CSR initiatives as per Syngenta standards.Responsible to Deliver the Target volume with standard Quality and in TimeTo identify grower leaders and villages suitable for meeting parent seed production requirementsTo implement the Quality systems & procedures to facilitate Quality seed parent seed production.Plan & organize the Parent seed production in required acreages by co-ordinate with grower leaders & growers.To plan and ensure all production operations at field level as per the company’s requirements.To ensure the product security.To educate and train the growers, grower leaders and his staff on best production practices.To co-ordinate the activities of PS production with F1, LMS, Quality Assurance (QA), Plant & AccountsTo ensure Quality seed production and facilitate training on best practices.To maintain good relations with growers and grower leadersResponsible for timely submission of Field data and periodical reports for updating.To collect market intelligence report from his location about competitior’s movementsTo observe the cropping pattern changes in his jurisdiction.
