Provide data intelligence through generation of sophisticated reports and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations.
Identify trends & patterns in datasets, locate points of influence, and communicate synthesized data results.
Conduct deep analysis of various attributes (e.g., product, technology, sentiment, segment, business entity, customer) to determine key drivers.
Define, analyze and translate business requirements and Use Cases partnering with Business Stakeholders and SMEs to resolve business problems.
Assist business functions with data analysis for business/value case development for key central initiatives.

Who You'll Work WithLife cycle OperationsSimplifies, automates and scales lifecycle operations by providing Installed Base Analysis, Renewal Readiness, Auto Quotes, Asset Management, Service Contract Management and Entitlements for the recurring revenue business. Responsible for delivering Cisco's asset management offer and scaling renewal operations encompassing all aspects from IB analysis, quoting and entitlement. Installed Base Management works with 600+ CX Renewal Managers (RMs) and Specialists (RS) on renewal opportunities primarily from our large Premier, Key, and Major accounts. We manage customer and renewal scope definition, aggregate and reconcile IB from multiple sources, and facilitate quoting, ordering, and entitlement review for services and software offers. Each year, we ensure there is a quote-ready Installed Base for 5k renewals worth $5B, ensuring:Full visibility and readiness across TS, DNA & CISG offers to promote on-time renewals.Uncovered assets are highlighted to help expand services coverage and reduce support risk.RMs are aware of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.Asset management is a proactive paid service under the CX Expert Care offer that provides customers with experienced resources for contract and asset (HW and SW) lifecycle management. The Asset Manager serves as the single point of contact to the customer, partner and Cisco account team for reconciling and providing insight on a customer’s assets and contracts. The service:Supports 700+ customers with 1000+ paid engagements, which brought in $58M in FY22.Leads 115M lines of Installed Base with a HW GPL value of $850B+Service Contract Management (SCM) supports Cisco’s 1.5M service contracts and 300M contract lines through service contract creation and maintenance requests from customers, partners, distributors and internal Cisco teams. SCM processes 12M records/qtr. to support Contract MACD (Move, Add, Change & Delete) transactions, which ensures accurate, timely and frictionless renewals and quoting and ordering flows. This is done by using commerce tools and by adhering to service contract data governance policies. The primary support offerings include service entitlement support, service coverage date maintenance, asset ownership alignment and visibility, renewals / quoting ordering support, and brand protection & data quality support.Enabled $183M in SFC True Up bookings and supported 58 CXEA Accounts with ACV of $89M in FY22.Who You Are
