This total life cycle approach allows us to provide sustainable solutions that help our customers build a better world.It’s rewarding to work where your contributions will matter.Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for a Global Account Manager position to drive alignment and prioritization with enterprise partners and with Reman partners to further accelerate services growth. The incumbent will lead/support aftermarket projects, deliver services solutions, and provide market insight including overall leadership for Cat Remanufacturing and Caterpillar Electric Power industry services growth strategies. Communication is a key element for success in this role. The Account Manager will work with Reman leadership, Large Electric Power and Retail Electric Power Segment Leadership, Distribution Services Leadership, and Cat Dealer Senior leaders to drive success.Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships so that sales objectives can be achieved. Establish high-level relationships with business decision makers and identify business requirements and customer pain points. Support the development and integration of Reman solutions in the Electric Power aftermarket strategy for key segments and customers to assure continued customer loyalty and facilitate services growth.Job responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Drive alignment on strategies and priorities with internal enterprise partners (IPSD, LPSD, Reman, PSLD, ICS, and Cat Digital) and Industry partner (Electric Power) Deliver incremental growth through repair options development with Reman products and components and engagement. Communicate industry voice of customer, dealer, and market to Reman internal partners on strategic initiatives Provide insights on aftermarket product development, improve processes, develop solutions to drive customer centric culture, and improve customer experience Develop and maintain effective internal partner and Cat Dealer relationships Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and material, drive alignment and prioritized areas of focus with industry teams to maximize initiative impact. Support aftermarket NPI program business case development and program execution. Support industry groups with Reman critical parts forecasting.Basic Requirements: This position requires a college or university degree 5+ years’ experience E&T or Aftermarket commercial and/or engineering roles.Top Candidates will also have: E&T industry commercial experience (prime product or aftermarket) Reman product, NPI, and/or operations experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels managing sensitive issues worldwide Ability to drive global results through direct and indirect influence Experience with aligning on and achieving sales growth (prime product or aftermarket) targets Experience with introducing new products or services to the global marketplace Experience executing cross enterprise projects across the globe Strong project management experience and business acumen. Broad company knowledge with multiple functional or geographical area expertise Experience with insight enabling tools such as Jupiter, OLGA, Customer or Fleet 360, etc. Knowledge of aftermarket metrics and operational definitions Ability to translate data insights into executable actions and strategy development Candidate must demonstrate Caterpillar’s values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork Self-starter and team player including willingness to mentor and coach othersTravel: 30% to 40%Additional Information:Primary location for this position is Dallas, TX, with relocation assistance available.This position offers a hybrid work environment.Benefits​:
