We have an opportunity with an international recruiting agency that has an established, well-respected, successful operation in the US that is looking for an Account Manager.This company offers IT Recruiting solutions and is growing its Austin office rapidly and need an Account Manager to help develop the business they already have.The Account Manager will take over part of the business with warm clients that they have placed with before and have agreements firmly in place. This is a great opportunity to come into a business that has $1+ million of business already that needs to be developed further ( a high OTE opportunity. Potential 200k ). You will work with the clients to secure recruiting projects, build trust and a process, and also with the internal delivery team to execute the plan and deliver.This role would be a hybrid role where you will spend your time visiting client sites in Austin and working in the Austin office with the delivery team.   • People with IT experience would be a bonus too, but not essential
