Accounts Payable Coordinator

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the construction industry based in Dallas, Texas, for a diligent Accounts Payable Coordinator. The role involves managing customer applications and maintaining accurate records in a dynamic workplace.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain precise records of customer credit Manage the Accounts Payable inbox Organize weekly payment runs, including the entry, coding, and routing of invoices for approval Process check and ACH payments, including setting up ACH's at the bank Provide check payments and Accounts Payable reports for managerial review Upload Positive Pay Set up new vendors in the accounting software Reconcile vendor statements on a regular basis Process monthly credit card charges Assist with the preparation of expense reports Prepare weekly bank reconciliations Assist with the preparation of 1099 forms Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as required. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP) Experience with check runs and coding invoices Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Experience in using Sage Intacct software Knowledgeable in Form 1099 and vendor set Experience in performing bank reconciliations Ability to prepare and handle expense reportsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
