Accounts Payable Specialist

Concrete construction company in far southwest Houston (Richmond) is seeking a full time accounts payable candidate to fill a position immediately. Job duties include:

Matching purchase orders to invoices

Entering Invoices

Credit card statement coding

Filing/Scanning

Expense reports

Lien waivers

Communication with job supervisors

Various other duties as needed

Requirements:

2 years experience in Accounts Payable

Organized

Excel Experience

10 key by touch

Dependable transportation

Preference, but not required:

Bilingual (Spanish speaking)

Vista / Viewpoint Software

Construction experience

Compensation is based on Experience.
