What’s a typical day as a Customer Experience Agent? You’ll be:Receive and process all retail customer and ecommerce orders

Perform account analysis and prepare account reconciliations based on promotion contracts

Communicate with logistics team to ensure delivery of products

Resolve various discrepancies on client’s accounts

Monitor client accounts for credit balances and resolve by conducting through research

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/have:Experienced in providing a great customer experience.

Bi-lingual – Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish.

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
