Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description Our client an Oil and Gas Services company located in The Woodlands is searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract to fulltime basis. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager and be responsible for receiving and applying incoming cash, commercial collections (under 60 days past due), credit rebills, customer invoicing via portals (Open Invoice, Ariba, Cortex, etc.), and resolving disputes.The position is fully in office during training and then the company allows remote work on Fridays. The hours are 8:00-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Apply today for immediate consideration! Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of recent accounts receivable experience required.

Prior experience with portals including OpenInvoice, Ariba, and/or Cortex as they relate to accounts receivable, required.

Excellent customer service / ability to maintain strong relationships and resolve disputes.

Oil and Gas highly preferred.
