Accounts receivables clerk

The Austin Club, a private downtown dining club, is looking for a full-time accounts receivable clerk.

Looking for a dedicated employee who is not a job hopper that is looking for a non-pressure low key position.

This position is now open with interviews being conducted either by walk-ins or by appointments.

The club is looking for a person with basic accounting skills of two years or more .

This is a Monday through Friday position from 8:00 am to 4:00 PM.

Individual must have computer skills and be a professional in appearance, phone manners, and be able to work independently once shown what position requires.

This is not a routine position but rather a key role in basic accounting, along assisting members with reservations at other private clubs, building member profiles, in computer system, filing and copying documents, and limited typing.

You'll build member profiles in our system, enter daily transaction of in-house charges to members accounts, and assist club bookkeeper in preparation of preparing member monthly statements. Posting of members payments and bank deposits is a daily transaction, along with other basic office functions

The Club is a no cash operation and very limited Credit card transactions.
