Duties and Responsibilities: aria-hidden="true" • Knowledge of Claim systems: Workbench, Acclaim, iAM, SRO and Accutrac. aria-hidden="true" • Research incoming documents and deliver to appropriate party and/or route to appropriate benefit case aria-hidden="true" • Research and resolved checks that are returned to the office. aria-hidden="true" • Issue electronic benefit payments through the claim system aria-hidden="true" • Generate and send out correspondence to customers aria-hidden="true" • Scan and upload documents onto Workbench claim system aria-hidden="true" • Gather and research data to address customer inquiries aria-hidden="true" • Track, locate and deliver physical claim files to office personnel upon request aria-hidden="true" • Archive closed claims to offsite storage aria-hidden="true" • Run and distribute reports aria-hidden="true" • Issue check payments as requested and approved by management aria-hidden="true" • Escheat outstanding checks to the State, according to Escheat Check process. aria-hidden="true" • Share accountability for the results of respective team aria-hidden="true" • Organize and develop Excel logs, as needed, to facilitate workflows. Maintain existing inventory logs. Ensure data in logs is current and accurate. aria-hidden="true" • Open service tickets through Help Desk, as needed aria-hidden="true" • Support and backfill for co-workers, as needed aria-hidden="true" • Work with a sense of urgency and complete assignments within requested time frames aria-hidden="true" • Demonstrate reliability by delivering on all job performance expectations aria-hidden="true" • Demonstrate behavior that is consistent with corporate compliance policies: Privacy, Ethics, and Protection of Information aria-hidden="true" • Develop an understanding of our customers’ and business partners’ administrative service needs and demonstrate it by consistently interacting with them in a positive manner aria-hidden="true" • Assist other departments with work, as needed aria-hidden="true" • Actively contribute to the team’s service and quality objectives aria-hidden="true" • Maintain regular communication with peers, cross-departmental business partners, and managers regarding compliance and work related issues aria-hidden="true" • Take accountability for actions and communication in relation to job performance. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true"
