Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Clerk in Dallas, Texas. The role involves working within our team to manage a variety of administrative tasks, emphasizing on data entry, customer correspondence, and scheduling appointments. The position is primarily office-based and requires proficiency in several skills including iManage and bindery printing projects.Responsibilities: Accurately save client files to iManage, ensuring smooth data management. Download, forward, and save court records into iManage, maintaining an organized and efficient system. Handle FedEx/Mail/Messengers, ensuring effective communication and delivery of information. Create binders and notebooks as per requests, aiding in the organization and presentation of information. Manage flash drives/CDs, ensuring data safety and accessibility. Organize office and kitchen supplies, maintaining a tidy and efficient working environment. Effectively enter vendor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records. Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries. Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and colleagues. Schedule appointments, ensuring effective time management and organization within the team.Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing email correspondence Demonstrated expertise in data entry Proven ability to schedule appointments efficiently Experience in entering vendor invoices Familiarity with iManage software Experience in managing bindery printing projects High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
