Job DescriptionPerform a variety of administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, and taking dictation. You will compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations. Additionally, you will generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. You may assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. This role requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. You will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, working under immediate supervision and typically reporting to a supervisor or manager.Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and provide information to callers.
Take dictation and compose memos.
Transcribe notes and research information.
Create and deliver presentations.
Generate reports and handle multiple projects.
Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget as needed.
Essential Skills
1 year of data entry experience.
1 year of experience in an administrative environment.
Previous experience with Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable with being on your feet for most/all of your shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Great communication skills and self-motivation.
Ability to work well independently.
