Adult Model Seeking Ambitious Assistant / Partner w/ Diverse Skill Set

I am an ADULT CONTENT model, so if you want to work with me you need to be totally comfortable being around naked people, including naked people having sex. (You do not have to get naked nor have sex, of course, but you will be around it on a regular basis, so if that’s an issue, please do not apply.). In a perfect world perhaps it shouldn't matter, but I'm a realist so I want to disclose up front that I am a MTF trans woman ("shemale" is the crude term in the adult industry), so if that makes you uncomfortable for whatever reason, this is not the project for you.

My business model requires I publish a steady stream of quality content, all of which must be produced and edited. It would be great if you have some measure of competence and experience taking photographs and/or videos (or, at a minimum, the ability to learn on the job quickly). You needn’t be any kind of professional nor have your own equipment, but any skill and experience in the realm of taking or editing photos and videos is hugely valuable to me.

Ideally I am seeking an assistant / business partner with a DIVERSE SKILL SET, who is adaptable and willing to tackle whatever task needs to be done at a given moment. I appreciate creative problem solvers who also know when and how to follow instructions.

I love working with people who have an abundance of enthusiasm and drive. I’d love to find someone who is genuinely excited about my project and hungry to help me grow it to its fullest potential. This is probably a good point to mention that in addition to regular compensation, I am open to structuring your incentives so they align with my own, in the form of profit sharing/equity in this venture. Broadly speaking, I am open to a number of different pay structures, ranging from hourly pay, to a straight salary arrangement, to some form of equity/profit-sharing compensation, to a hybrid pay model of some sort.

At a minimum, I need someone who can commit a minimum of 20 hours per week to working with me, but ideally we’ll be working together on this project a good bit more than that.
