Advertising Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with account managers, creative teams, and media planners to ensure that all advertising efforts are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of advertising campaignsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are metConduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisionsTrack campaign performance and assist in preparing reports for clients and managementMaintain advertising databases and update campaign documentsSupport media buying and placement processesHandle administrative duties including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
