Aerial Lineman Needed

B Robinson Inc is a well-established and rapidly expanding utility construction company based in Texas. We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for several Aerial Lineman positions.

Responsibilities

Operate vehicle and bucket lift safely, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations

Read and interpret cable, phone, and fiber prints

Perform daily maintenance checks and inspections on aerial equipment

Load and set up cable reel trailers

Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment

Install grounding rods, anchors, and cable lines using various equipment

Assist in dressing poles and installing equipment according to customer specifications

Direct traffic flow in accordance with local D.O.T. guidelines

Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily production and completed work

Attend and participate in weekly/monthly safety meetings as directed by Foreman

Perform other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

1 year of experience in Telecommunication (Preferred)

Valid Driver's License (Required)

CDL A (Preferred)

Willingness to work both individually and in a team environment

Ability to climb utility poles, approximately 20' in height

Ability to lift and/or pull 100 pounds several times each day

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Willingness to travel 5-10 days per month

Strong communication skills with co-workers, homeowners, and customers
