ROLE – Agile User Story AnalystLOCATION – Austin, TX‌MAIN SKILLS – Writing User Stories, Agile Methodology, Experience in Wireframes, Process Modelling, Context Diagrams, Use Cases, State Transition DiagramsJob Title:- User Story SupportJob Description (including duties, skills, education):- The Process & Tools Team is currently seeking a User Story writer that will be accountable for translating business requirements into user stories for development.Major Responsibilities- Collaborate with the User Story Lead and Product Design Team to define requirements and product backlog- Assist User Story Lead with requirement prioritization- Assist with writing and grooming user stories, participate in grooming sessions, and refine user stories based on feedback from the Product Design Team and Scrum Team- Participate in development of low or high-fidelity prototypes accordingly (e.g., wireframes)- Document and enter user stories and support story point analyses- Create user stories to represent product features, requirements, and use cases- Assist the product owner and team by guiding and creating of user stories, features and acceptance.- Share responsibility for business results- Use technical concepts and techniques such as business process modeling, context diagrams, use cases, and state transition diagrams to scope, communicate, and document user stories and acceptance criteriaQualifications- Experience with Agile methodology- Thorough understanding of writing user stories- Experience in leading and managing scrum calls- Knowledge of prioritizing backlog user stories and prioritization- Ability to document use cases and user stories and to optimize priorities for product development- Demonstrated ability to effectively create and guide others to create user stories, features and acceptance criteria
