Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an AP Analyst in Houston, Texas, within the healthcare industry. The role primarily involves managing critical accounts approaching credit holds, analyzing and resolving any issues, processing incoming invoices, and heavy reconciliation work to ensure accuracy. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations within the Accounts Payable (AP) department.Responsibilities: Analyze incoming invoices to identify any issues and determine the appropriate department for resolution Manage the customer service inbox efficiently and effectively Undertake full cycle high-volume AP processing Conduct 3-way match with Purchase Orders as required Utilize advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups for various tasks Gain a thorough understanding of our AP process and department operations Handle Vendor Master and Concur Expense, when necessary Leverage Oracle Cloud for various tasks, if required Utilize your skills in Form 1099, External Suppliers, Analysis, Account Reconciliation, Account Analysis, and Vendor Management Strive for continuous improvement in the AP process and contribute to team goalRequirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Oracle Cloud is mandatory Demonstrated skills in Accounts Payable (AP) management and Account Reconciliation Proven experience in Vendor Management and dealing with External Suppliers Ability to perform complex Account Analysis and provide insightful reports Prior experience with Concur Expense and Concur software is a must Knowledge and understanding of Form 1099 is required Strong analytical skills for conducting thorough Analysis Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential Must be able to work independently and as part of a team A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Any related certifications or professional development courses would be considered an asset.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
