Key Responsibilities:
Patrol property grounds and parking areas to ensure resident safety
Provide a visible security presence and assist residents with concerns
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for suspicious activity
Report incidents promptly to management
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with residents and guests
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Trustworthy, attentive, and proactive in ensuring a safe community environment
