Apartment Make Ready Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Make-Ready Technician to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community in Dallas, TX. This position plays a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction through timely maintenance, make-readies, and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units

Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair

Maintain daily cleanliness of grounds and amenities

Perform daily pool maintenance (we can train you)

Respond promptly to work orders in occupied units

Participate in on-call rotation every other week (overtime available)

Preferred Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in USA.

Previous experience in apartment maintenance or similar field

Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting/drywall, and pool maintenance

HVAC certification not necessary

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass a pre-employment background check

Full-time position 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Some weekends with overtime.
