Hiwe have opening for Apigee Admin positionLocation is Plano, TX (day 1 onsite & hybrid model work)This is Contract position

• Core engineering of Enterprise API infrastructure
• Installation and Configuration of Apigee Edge Software on premise multi-tenant for production and non-production instances
• Strong troubleshooting skills in the API Management and Gateway space
• Experience with high availability, load balancing and failover configurations with Apigee
• Ability to apply security, throttling, OAuth, TLS, certificates, KeyStore, and Trust store for the Apigee platform
• Experience with Apigee Management APIs and integration to the enterprise systems including: Infrastructure & Application monitoring, Authorization and Authentication, Logging, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deploy (CI/CD) and the Developer Portal
• Knowledge of Systems and Networking, TCP and IP, Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Load Balancing
• Support, engineer and build activities for Portal, Gateway and API Lifecycle engineering teams and overall responsibility for the health of the platform
• Performs Platform engineer, build upgrades, patching, security vulnerability fixes
• Performs automation for repeated operations activities using tools like Github, Jenkins, Ansible, Service Now, Python
