8. Sound knowledge of Software Design Patterns

9. 10 to 15 years of experience in .NET including .NET Core

10. Expertise in AWS including DevOps, container technology, messaging, and database technologies such as Dynamo, Document DB

11. 2 or more years of hands experience with AWS Cloud

12. Familiarity with mobile technologies Android and IOS

13. DevOps automation experience is preferred but not mandatory

14. Familiarity with security tools and practices

15. Highly motivated resource with ability to lead a large team of developers across multiple locations

16. Ability to clearly communicate requirements, create software designs, trouble shoot, and provide technical guidance

17. Ability to create and provide coding standards, conduct reviews, and enforce standards and quality

18. Hands on knowledge of DB platforms including SQL, Document DB including Dynamo DB

19. Hands on knowledge of AWS Cloud, CI/CD automation

20. Familiarity with Jira tool

21. Ability to work with Client managers at a technical code level
