Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry in their Addison, TX location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead or senior developer with ability to coordinate offshore and onshore software engineers in the development of packages to move large volumes of historical (Day 0) data, troubleshoot issues with data loads, and validate production results
  • Senior developer with ability to work with onshore and offshore teammates in the development, testing, or validation of a large number of bulk data packages between two different data access platforms
  • Testing team will focus on developing and executing tests in lower environments, and will be responsible for coordinating with other development teams on defect identification and triage
  • Validation team will focus on confirming that bulk data moved from the source to target platforms without defect in production
  • Resource will be responsible for trouble shooting and researching gaps, identifying probable root causes, and recommending solutions
  • Development team will build the day 0 loads, as well as work in scheduling tools to prepare the deployment of the packages through CI/CD pipeline from development, through SIT and UAT, into production

Requirements:
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
