Title: Applications Support/Yardi Technical Analyst (REMOTE – prefer local to Dallas/Ft. Worth)As a critical technical team member, the Yardi Technical Analyst/Applications Support role will be focused on our client’s construction job costing, investment management, and general ledger accounting operations. In this role you would be assisting the accounting teams with property accounting when necessary, leasing operations are managed by a separate department and not involved with this role.Requirements:
  • 3+ years supporting Yardi
  • Expert level knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7s
  • Strong Yardi Job Costing, and AP knowledge
  • Basic SQL experience
  • Perform upgrades and configuration changes
  • Experience in Construction, Single Family, Multi-Family, and/or Commercial Property Management and/or Accounting; strongly preferred
  • Experience in customizing and integrating applications
  • Functional knowledge of Yardi database schema is a plus
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented professional, and is a self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Professional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 support escalations across the Yardi platform
  • Work with Accounting and other departments to ensure automated internal controls are properly implemented within Yardi
  • Ensure accuracy of data to/from Yardi and manage integrations with 3rd party applications that sync with the Yardi suite (e.g., Entrata, Vena, Kyriba)
  • Create custom reports, scripts, and data output in Yardi that assist the Accounting, Asset Management, Finance, and Investor Relations departments
  • Working closely with Accounting departments to research, create, modify, and maintain company workflows and procedures in Yardi P2P
  • Take ownership of this mission-critical application, which may require off-hours support as needed
