Position Details

This is a fully remote sales role, enabling individuals worldwide to sell residential solar solutions to U.S. homeowners. Sales are conducted virtually, allowing representatives to work from home and target customers nationwide.

Role Responsibilities

Field Representatives (Setters): No prior experience is required. Setters generate leads using a warm market strategy, leveraging word-of-mouth and social media to create high-quality, no-cost leads. This approach enhances credibility and trust, resulting in higher closing rates for sales representatives.

Sales Representatives: From day one, representatives can build their own teams. By recruiting new team members, you earn an Enroller Bonus for each sale they make, in addition to your own sales commissions.

Earning Potential: Team overrides can reach up to $50,000 per month, alongside personal sales commissions.

Training and Support

Reach Solar provides comprehensive training at no cost. Whether you are an experienced solar sales professional or new to the industry, we welcome individuals with honesty, integrity, a passion for helping others, and a strong work ethic.
