Job Overview:The Global Functions Technology (GFT) is responsible for Citi's overall Information Technology strategy. GFT's mission is to optimize Citi's IT environment by driving standardization of the production environment, reducing complexity, optimizing management of systems supporting global functions such as Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Finance, and introducing innovative technologies that provide new business capabilities, reduce the technology total cost of ownership, and create a competitive advantage for the firm.Finance forecasting team is developing a software platform responsible for the firm’s balance sheet forecasting, PPNR, NIR, IRE, EVS, OCI/OTTI, and CECL metrics. The platform serves key stakeholders across finance and risk globally and serves key needs for internal risk management across the entire Citi balance sheet as well as external needs driven primarily by regulators. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical depth, and strong communication skills.ResponsibilitiesClosely collaborate with onshore and offshore team to design and develop innovative solutions

Working closely with Citi’s Treasury, Risk Manager, Capital Planning, and various other business partners to enhance capabilities for Interest Rate Risk management process

Interface with business users to understand and analyze their requirements and produce customized technical solutions

Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and on-going enhancements

Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action

Propose and implement new technical ideas to enhance the performance, scalability of the application

Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues

Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies

​Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field

Over 5 years' project management experience and related experience

Proven ability to complete complicated projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline

Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks to deliver IT solutions.

Excellent skills in the finance & risk analytics for various products including bonds, loan, deposits, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working experience in Java and Database

​Preferences:PMP or other project management certification is preferred
