Track and report AR related KPIs
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross- train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Motivate and negotiate with employees, management, and client groups to take the desired actions. Provide an accent on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
Confirm financial and operational reports are accurate. Provide reliable information to make informed business recommendations.
Partake in system conversions and enhancement. Provide scoping information, testing, and feedback.
Ensure that the systems follow financial processes and procedures, accounting standards, legal tax requirements, management expectations, and applicable regulations.
Assist with audit procedures. Set department deadlines. Forecast and prepare budgets.
Administer accounting practices to ensure client satisfaction.
Create presentations to employees, clients, top management, and public groups.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Advanced knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Previous experience with Yardi strongly preferred.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for the AR Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the AR Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
