RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Architect III Specialized in Dallas, TX.

Duties Include: Architect III Specialized will provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions Define standards to guide architectural designs Architect and develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers Use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients' most complex and challenging problems across different industries Lead in the architecture, design, evaluation, testing, and prototyping of the cloud-native components, providing proactive guidance, and mentoring to technical teams As an Architect III Specialized, you will support establishing engineering standards and the creation and capturing of implementation patterns across the enterprise Work collaboratively with the enterprise architects and product owner(s) that develop and maintain the application portfolio roadmap and backlog

REQUIREMENTS: AWS Certification 6-10 years of experience with at least 5 years of AWS experience Executed technology modernization initiatives including migration to cloud native and API Strategy Hands on experience with AWS (required) and other Cloud providers (nice to have) Experience with RDBMS database engines such as Oracle, MSSQL or PostgreSQL Banking/Finance domain experience is a plus

Hands-on experience/creating target state architecture with the following AWS Services: Lambda functions, and appropriate application Containerization (especially with ECS including Fargate) Event Streaming Data lake RDS, DynamoDB CloudFormation Templates AWS Developer Tools (such as CodeBuild, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline)
