Job Title: Help Desk AnalystDuration: 3 - 6 Months ContractLocation: Austin, TXJob description:• Will involve responding to clients from a ticketing system.• Resolving tickets with a combination of provided knowledge base and Microsoft best practices.• Deskside & remote user support and troubleshooting of devices including monitors, docking stations• Troubleshooting connectivity issues with remote connections, VPN, MFA or Okta.• User access management including onboarding/offboarding and tracking. Inventory management of on preemies devices.• Provisioning and imaging laptops (predominately Lenovo Windows 10 but occasionally a MacBook.• Imaging is performed primarily from scripts, but some manual configuration may be required for hardening standards.
